The Management of 7Stones Boracay Suites requests the cooperation of all guests in observing the following house rules and regulations.

These regulations are designed to provide you a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Check-in / Check-out

• Standard check-in time is at 2:00pm while check-out time is 12:00NN. Late check-out can be arranged upon request. Subject to availability.
• Late check-out request: Please make arrangements with the Front Desk  one (1) day before departure. Should you choose to stay beyond 12 noon of your original check-out, an additional charge of 50% of your room rate will be charged until 4:00pm. Full day room rate will be charged after 4:00PM. Mini Bar charges and other incidentals will be charged upon check-out.

Guests visitors

• Guest visitors are not allowed to stay in the guest rooms after 10:00PM. Any unregistered visitor staying in the room past 10:00PM will be charged accordingly.

Lost Key Card

• Please make sure that you present your hotel key card during check-out. Lost card Charge Php500.00 each.

Online Payment:

Deposit equivalent to 50% of the total total booking charge required at the time of booking. Remaining 50% balance to be settled upon check-in.

Credit Cards Accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, JCB

Cancellation Policy:

LEAN SEASON (June 16– Oct 15) 

Cancellation for guaranteed bookings within fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date shall be subject to 50% of total booking charge. Less than seven (7) days cancellation and No Shows shall be charged the full amount equivalent to the whole duration of your reservation and / or forfeiture of all payments made.

PEAK SEASON (Oct 16 - June 15)

Cancellation for guaranteed bookings within thirty (30) days prior to arrival date shall be subject to 50% of total booking charge. Less than fourteen (14) days cancellation and No Shows shall be charged the full amount equivalent to the whole duration of your reservation and / or forfeiture of all payments made.

SUPER PEAK SEASON (Dec 15-Jan 5, Mar 28-31 2013, Jan 29 2014 -Feb 3 2014)

Cancellation for guaranteed bookings within forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date shall be subject to 50% of total booking charge. Less than thirty (30) days cancellation and No Shows shall be charged the full amount equivalent to the whole duration of your reservation and / or forfeiture of all payments made.

For Super Peak Period bookings, the following conditions apply:

a) Minimum stay of 5 nights

b) Compulsory Dinner on the night of Dec 24, 2013 at Php2,000net per person

c) Compulsory Brunch on Jan 1, 2014 at Php1,000net per person
