Restaurant Supervisors and Managers
(Western Visayas - Boracay Island) 
Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Supervisor/Manager is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food and Beverage Service Department of all dining facilities of the resort including the maximization of profits; enhancement of customers’ satisfaction through the establishment of quality standards and maintenance of high employee morale. This position is also responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and quality goals for the Department by developing and executing marketing strategies, controlling costs, and providing quality products to customers.
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Has strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal relationship, and customer service skills.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Boracay Island.
• Full-Time positions available.
